AI Skills Rank is an independent discovery and ranking directory for publicly available AI Agent Skills, MCP servers, and related open-source projects. We aggregate publicly available metadata from sources such as the GitHub API, generate our own original summaries and evaluations (including the "Evoa Score"), and link out to the original repositories.

The Service is provided for informational purposes only. We are not the author, publisher, or distributor of the listed projects, and we do not host or redistribute their source code or documentation.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Metadata, summaries, categories, and scores are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.

You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it, and for reviewing the license, security, and suitability of any third-party project before use.

The Service contains links to third-party websites and repositories (including GitHub) that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, licenses, security, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party projects is governed by those third parties' terms and licenses.

Original content created by us — including summaries, evaluations, the Evoa Score, rankings, articles, design, and trademarks — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable law.

Names, logos, and trademarks of third parties (including listed projects and AI vendors) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.

You agree not to:

• ▸Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party right;
• ▸Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the Service in a manner that burdens our infrastructure or circumvents rate limits;
• ▸Misrepresent the Service or use it to deceive others;
• ▸Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

The Service may display advertising and affiliate links, which are labeled as such. Rankings and Evoa Scores are determined by our methodology only and are not influenced by advertising or sponsorship. See our Advertising Disclosure and Affiliate Disclosure.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect and use information, including behavioral analytics via Google Analytics 4. Please review them at /legal/privacy and /legal/cookie-policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The Tokyo District Court (東京地方裁判所) shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms.
